The primary purpose of the Commercial Manager (SCADA) is to:

- Lead and administer the monthly Commercial Forum with the Strategic Partner in alignment with the governance model and escalation path.
- Develop and Maintain an up to date Contract Summary for reference by the Executive teams, internal project teams and incoming employees to the SCADA team.
- Provide responses and input to Audit processes as and when required.
- Financial Management, Governance (Contractual and Non-Contractual), and Agreement Management and Administration of the SCADA Program.

**Requirements**:

- Available immediately (highly desirable)
- Queensland resident (essential)
- Experience in Agile traditional/waterfall and hybrid methodologies.
- Significant experience in a Tier 1 or 2 construction contractor / consultancy (Utility experience highly desirable but not essential road, rail, port, telecoms all welcome)
- Demonstrated knowledge of contract law and best practice contract management.
- Significant experience in managing agreements ($30million+) from procurement to completion under a variety of agreement models.
- Extensive experience managing infrastructure and/or IT systems related agreements with a high volume of activities.
- A Degree or qualification in law, commerce, engineering or similar.
- Certificate or similar qualifications in contracts, negotiation, or project management.
