**Part-Time - Data Entry Clerk, Arana Hills HQ**

**About the role**

As a data entry clerk, you responsible for inputting a high volume of data from multiple sources into a database, ensuring that all necessary data is being entered and maintained.

In addition, data entry clerks must verify and edit data as needed in consideration of priorities to ensure that tasks are completed on time.

Aside from the primary duty of data entry, many data entry clerks also perform other general office duties. Responsibilities include:

- Accurately enter data into corresponding fields within various software programs
- Identify and correct data entry errors using appropriate quality control methods
- Perform related tasks like ordering office supplies and filing documents
- Manage and organize records and files
- Prepare relevant reports as needed
- Provide general data entry support across many teams on an ad-hoc basis

Every step in this role must be in accordance with company policies and glamaCo's high standards, which are essential in ensuring that the business grows through cooperation and transparency with our supply partners.

This position would suit a person with an eye for detail, and proficient typing and computer skills.
- The regular hours for this role are:_
- Monday 7:00 am to 3:30 pm
- Tuesday 7:30 am to 3:30 pm
- Wednesday 7:30 am to 3:30 pm

The roster may include some extended hours during peak trading and promotional periods, as such, you will be paid in accordance with the relevant award provisions.

Team members come from a variety of industries, careers and educational backgrounds. It helps if you have had prior experience in customer service and/or high-volume retail and it's an extra bonus if you have prior experience elsewhere in the hair, beauty and health industry. You could even be a current customer of glamaCo.

**_Ideally, you will have:_**
- Strong customer and supplier relationship focus,
- Strong mathematical skills,
- Strong spreadsheet and data analysis skills,
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills,
- Computer skills including the use of inventory systems and Google Workspace,
- Ability to enter data into a computer quickly and accurately,
- Ability to learn quickly (learning the many brands for example),
- Ability to adapt to changes quickly (time-sensitive supplier deals for example),
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely,
- Accurately organise, prioritise and multi-task to meet deadlines,
- Be a self-motivated, proactive and effective team player,
- Able to work independently and autonomously,

- Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and accuracy,
- Desirable prior data entry experience or related office experience,
- Great High school academic or sporting results, industry or role diploma or equivalent.
