Systems Analyst

We are looking for a skilled Systems Analyst to join our team of IT professionals. A Systems Analyst will play a vital role in enhancing efficiency, optimising workflows, and ensuring seamless integration of technology to empower individuals with disabilities to lead fulfilling lives.

**Location**:
Salary range**:$75,000 to $100,000 per annum** (depending upon skills and experience)

Role**:Full-time**

Key responsibilities include:

- Plan, design, evaluate and test the company’s system
- Assess business processes for inefficiencies and inadequacies, improvement areas, and make recommendations for appropriate solutions
- Liaise with business executives and end users to identify system requirements and to formulate innovative solutions for this sector.
- Manage and plan project resources and cost plans.
- Identify, investigate, and analyze business processes, procedures, and work practices.
- Improve efficiency and effectiveness by analyzing existing systems and processes.
- Identify and formulate functional solutions within the project environment to provide clear system plans and solution designs.
- Deploy and test new systems or changes in systems to validate expected functionality
- Stay updated with emerging technologies for efficient business activities.
- Provide training and support to end-users during transitions to new systems.
- Ensure seamless integration of technology through thorough testing and quality assurance.

Role Requirements and Qualifications:

- Tertiary qualification in IT
- At least 2-3 years of work experience in a similar role
- Maintaining confidentiality in all dealings with clients and stakeholders
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Comply with ZedCare’s policy and legislative requirements regarding health and safety

Australian citizens and permanent residents are preferred.
