This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated and energetic Club Manager looking to lead our health club team and drive members achieve their goals.

**The Role**

You will be supported by a great team culture and opportunities for career progression.

This is a great opportunity for anyone wishing to further their career in the Fitness and Leisure Industry.

**Responsibilities** include**;**
- Roster management including recruitment, training and coaching of all Health Club staff
- Conducting and overseeing Group Fitness classes
- Ensuring a high level of safety and cleaning standards are maintained in the gym at all times
- Lead and develop a well-established, high performing team and influence the strategy of the centre
- Assisting with marketing campaigns, EDM’s and creating in centre promotions

Essential qualifications:

- Current First Aid (Level 2) & Current CPR Certificate
- National Police Check
- Working With Children Check
- Cert IV in Fitness

Desirable skills and attributes:

- Group Fitness Qualifications
- Experiencewith leadershipin the health andfitness or leisure industries
- A strong work ethic with an inspirational lead from the front style approach
- Experience in leading team members to achieve tangible results and outcomes
- Process and system driven

Previous health club management experience is highly regarded
