Reporting to the Marketing Operations Manager, and working closely with local business stakeholders and Marketing Leads, the Marketing Specialist, Asia Pacific is responsible to develop and implement a comprehensive integrated marketing operations plan to help each LS business unit meet its annual objectives by generating customer engagement, demand, and loyalty.- In conjunction with the Marketing Operations Manager and local BU Directors, develop marketing strategies and plans in support of business growth objectives and market share expansion- Work with key global and local stakeholders on product marketing initiatives, including the execution of new product launch strategies- Support Strategic Marketing and business planning initiatives as required by conducting research activities, including competitor analysis, market size & share, and market segmentation analysis.- Develop and execute channel partner marketing initiatives as directed to encourage increased Dealer engagement, loyalty, and growth.- Responsible for managing advertising and public relations program, and working closely with the with Brand Communications Specialist and with third parties where necessary to develop message content, artwork, media mix, and schedule in line with sales and marketing objectives- Develop and implement a Digital Marketing plan for the LS businesses in accordance with global guidelines and in coordination with Marketing Operations Manager- Develop local marketing collateral as required such as literature and catalogue translations, Point of Sale, and promotional merchandise, including new product release and product bulletins.- Responsible for ensuring the coordination and preparation of marketing and customer events, including trade shows, seminars, road shows, and training-
- Support the Marketing Operations Manager and Marketing Leads to establish the annual marketing budget and manage accordingly- Responsible for reviewing and developing sales tools and resources for salespeople and Dealers-
- Champion the adoption of the global CRM lead management process to manage, track, and report on marketing generated leads and opportunities- Prepare regular reports for management that include key performance indicators including ROI and ROAS, to ascertain if marketing efforts are having their desired impact and provides feedback and recommendations to management.- Develop social media plan and coordinate with the team on scheduling- Ensures that brand is well represented and design guidelines are adhered to in all marketing campaigns and collateral

Experience and Skills:
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing or Business- A minimum of five years’ marketing experience in a similar role; experience working for a Multinational B2B or Life Sciences organization is highly desirable- Proficiency (3+ years) of using customer relationship management (CRM) platforms, such as Microsoft Dynamics or- Proficiency (3+ years) of using Microsoft Office software (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word).- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and marketing automation platforms such as Marketo is desirable- Results orientated, driven, self-starter with good business acumen, and strong problem-solving skills- Ability to plan, organize, multi-task, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities- Innovative and creative with strong communication and presentation skills.- Experience managing relationships with marketing agencies and other partners.- Ability to travel
