All Rubber is a leading supplier of conveyor belting and rubber lining in Western Australia and Queensland, providing high-quality products and services to many businesses and industries.

We are looking for **Rubber Liners** to join our Brisbane branch based in Salisbury.

These positions will support our existing Rubber Lining team to deliver an efficient, safe and effective service to all our customers.

**Key duties and responsibilities**
- Recognises and identifies imperfections and problem areas on rubber lining projects, making recommendations and carrying out repairs mitigate the risk of issues.
- Interprets technical drawings and diagrams, ensuring delivery of products and service in line with specifications and Australian standards.
- Selects, prepares, packages, labels, and loads materials and equipment required to complete work activities.
- Operates a variety of plant, machinery and equipment including overhead cranes, winches, belt winders, forklifts and hand tools as per procedures and specifications, ensure are stored correctly and maintained in good working condition.
- Applies fault finding techniques to identify and address problems with machinery, equipment, vehicles, and parts, and makes recommendations on corrective action required.
- Applies technical skill end expert judgement to a high standard, ensuring the delivery of quality customer outcomes.
- Contributes to maintaining a clean, tidy and organised Site, and takes responsibility for maintaining an ordered and safe immediate work area.
- Complies with customer and other stakeholder requirements, and takes a proactive approach to engaging with and participating in customer pre-requisite activities.
- Assist in providing training and education to junior staff.
- Completes all tasks on time and to standard.

- Considerable experience in a similar role and environment.
- Forklift (LF) High-Risk Work Licence
- Dogging and basic Rigging High-Risk Work Licence
- Working at Heights card
- Enter and Working in Confined Space card
- White Card
- Class C Driver’s Licence
- Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently with all stakeholders
- Be physically fit to do manual labour and must be able to successfully pass on-boarding medicals, Lab Drug & Alcohol test, and a National Police Clearance check.
