A brand new medical centre is opening in Forest Glen and is seeking an experienced medical receptionist for full-time hours.

Key requirements:

- Previous experience with Best Practice and medical reception experience
- Manage appointment schedules
- Working knowledge of Medicare item numbers for general practice
- Assisting clients with booking appointments with specialists and other providers
- Work effectively within a team and also able to work independently
- Possess a strong work ethic
- Display a professional manner via phone and with patients in the clinic setting
- Able to multitask and display fantastic organisational skills

**Responsibilities**:

- Scheduling appointments and processing payments
- Banking
- Organising incoming correspondence and directing to the appropriate health professional
- Liaising with patients and their families and assisting with arrangements for their care
- Assisting our GP's and allied health providers with required administration tasks

**Salary**: $22.00 - $32.00 per hour
