**About the role**

TAFE Gippsland has a fantastic opportunity for a motivated, passionate customer service specialist to join the Client Services Team at our Morwell campus. You will play an integral role in ensuring that students coming to TAFE Gippsland have an excellent experience from the moment they start their journey.

**Qualifications and experience**
- Exceptional Customer Service ethic and skills
- Experience working in a team environment and ability to work collaboratively with other departments
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent planning and organisation skills, high attention to detail
- Demonstrated initiative and problem-solving skills
- Experience working in higher education or the TAFE sector is highly desirable

**Mandatory requirements**
- Current Victorian Working with Children Clearance
- Current Police Check (not older than 12 months old)
- Current Driver’s Licence (travel between campuses is a requirement of the role)
- 6 months probationary period applies to these roles
