- Oversight of operations of the motel.
- Management of booking rates.
- Supervise the functioning of all product areas of the location (front of the house, back of the house, housekeeping, experience) optimizing all opportunities.

- Present with the executive team to directors in regular monthly meetings and as required.
- Finance and Budgeting_
- Work within budgets provided by executive management.
- Meet operational/payroll budgets and targets.
- Maintain clear financial records.
- Compliance_
- Manage safety & compliance across food, beverage & accommodation.
- Staff Management and Liaising_
- Management of rosters, recruitment, onboarding, and training of new staff.
- Manage and liaise with external contractors as required; schedule maintenance while ensuring mínimal impact on the business/guests.
- Development_
- Establish and manage sales strategy to exceed revenue targets.
- Forge relationships with the local community.
- Create unique opportunities for marketing where possible including social media, events, and brand partnerships.
- Implement new systems where required.
- Guest Experience_
- Manage and resolve guest concerns in a timely and appropriate manner.
- Assist in all areas of the hotel where required (such as food & beverage operations, events, housekeeping, check-in and check-outs).
- Complete venue and room checks to ensure housekeeping has been completed to a high standard.
- Oversee and assist the front office team where required.
- Come up with nuanced ideas for enhancing the guest experience.

- **Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree/higher education qualification/equivalent in Hotel Management and/or Business Administration. Or a strong background in hospitality management operations in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Highly energetic and the ability to respond to issues quickly.
- Inherently curious to explore the surroundings and create relationships with the locals.
- Ability to manage complex relationships and key stakeholders.
- Knowledge of motel management software.
- Experience managing budgets and financial performance.
