- year fixed term basis on a full-time basis (38 hrs per week).

About the role
- Lead, collaborate and mentor the customer services team
- Manage the delivery of quality end to end customer experience to our community
- Actively collaborate with members of the team to deliver the outcomes in Council’s Digital and Customer Information Plan and our Community Strategic Plan

**About you**
To ensure success in this position you will have experience in delivering a high standard of customer services and are highly organised. You will be an exceptional communicator with a high degree of initiative. Superior communication skills would be highly regarded.
