We’re seeking an experienced and passionate Head Barista to join our team and lead our coffee program.

At Cheol’s, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional coffee experiences to our community. We are committed to quality, sustainability, and fostering a warm, inviting atmosphere for our customers.

As the Head Barista, you will oversee the daily operations of our coffee bar and ensure the highest standards of quality, service, and customer satisfaction. You will also lead and train our team, and create an innovative beverage menu, and maintain our commitment to exceptional coffee craftsmanship.

Proven experience as a barista, with at least 2 years in a specialty coffee environment.
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods, espresso extraction, and beverage preparation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for coffee and a desire to share knowledge with others.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Experience in team leadership or training is a plus.
