**About the company**

This Australian business has operated for 25 Year, an innovator at the forefront of the elevator industry, a dynamic company to work for, custom designing, manufacturing and installing lift interiors.

**About the role**

The Interiors Factory Technician is responsible for manufacturing lift car interiors and associated products to ensure maximum production quantity and quality, while supporting the policies, goals and objectives of the company.

**Key Responsibilities for the role**
- Ability to operate machinery on the factory floor.
- Constantly reviewing operation of the plant.
- Monitor production, anticipating and solving.
- Ensure the good working order of equipment.
- Able to read and understand manufacturing drawings.

**Skills & Experience**
- TAFE certificate in Shopfitting (4 years) or equivalent.
- Experience working within a factory environment.
- Able to read two dimensional plans.
- Mechanically inclined, familiarity with hand tool.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

**Culture**

**Benefits**

$40 to $48per hour, permanent full-time role, opportunity for career progression. Work Monday to Friday, 6.00am - 2.30pm, with overtime (optional). Provide work Vehicle.
