Calibre has been engaged for multiple projects to design heavy haul rail network expansions for new mine developments. We’ll be undertaking greenfield work and upgrades to existing infrastructure such as passing loops and yards.

We’ll be asking you to provide technical expertise, advice and recommendations during detailed design phase. Your focus will be across all things linear - roads and track.

If you join us as a Senior Designer, when supporting junior team members, we’ll trust you to mentor your way. You'll also be playing a valued role to help ensure we meet contractual requirements, manage risks and set high standards.

There’s plenty of new projects on the horizon that will keep you engaged at Calibre. Our WA team continues to deliver design expertise for a wide array of mining and infrastructure projects.

**Thrive with us We hope you'll bring**
- Advanced Diploma, Diploma or Associate Degree.
- Proficiency with either 12D packages or OpenRoads.
- 5 years or more civil design experience with linear infrastructure - roads or rail.
- Great interpersonal skills to influence, negotiate & build productive relationships.
- A keen eye for detail & a knack for problem-solving.
- Current right to work in Australia.
