HOBAN Recruitment is seeking an **EL2 Director Level Hypercare** on behalf of our client located in **Charlestown NSW.** This pivotal role offers an opportunity to lead and drive quality outcomes within a dynamic environment.

**About the Role**:

- Take charge of complex and sensitive work, ensuring quality outcomes across various functions.
- Lead and manage teams, providing direction and oversight in resolving issues and risks.
- Exercise significant independence, utilising high-level decision-making and judgement.
- Coordinate highly complex projects and work programs with strategic significance.
- Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead teams in managing operational or technical PACE issues.
- Chair Senior Leadership collaboration meetings when required.
- Prioritise and present options to Senior Executive Leadership.
- Manage defect and bug fix cycles, collaborating for prioritisation outcomes.
- Support and lead multiple business areas in the hypercare process.
- Analyse listening and ticket data to identify themes and issues for prioritisation.
- Develop frequent reports and deliver presentations on hypercare activities.
- Establish teams and processes, fostering team culture and facilitating training.
- Plan forward and develop strategies to enhance existing hypercare processes.
- Analyse agency data, building team capability in data management and reporting.

**About You**:

- Demonstrated leadership experience in managing complex projects.
- Strong decision-making skills with a focus on quality outcomes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proven capability in team building, culture development, and training.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to drive process improvements.
- Experience in data analysis and reporting is highly desirable.
