This role is commission with reasonable and extremely achievable targets that would see you make $150k-$300k+ OTE a year. There is a 3-month grace period at which you will be moved to a full-time salary + commission incentive structure if you do achieve and exceed your targets.
**Role Description**
This is a new and full-time role as a Vendor Advocate at Verstellar. As a Vendor Advocate, you will be responsible for providing support and guidance to clients throughout the property-selling process. This includes assessing property values, negotiating offers, liaising with cross-channel relationships such as real estate agents, mortgage brokers and legal practitioners, coordinating inspections, and ensuring a smooth transaction process. You will also be primarily responsible for prospecting and sourcing your own leads. We shall also provide you with leads as they become available via our website or referrals business relationships.

- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to analyze property data
- Experience in property appraisals and market research
- Proficiency in relevant real estate software and tools
- Agents Rep license or Full Licence (Willingness to obtain an agent rep license)
- Proficient in Mandarin
