**The Opportunity**
What you’ll do:

- Supervise and lead the kitchen team in accordance to Miss Maud’s procedures
- Motivate and train kitchen team members
- Understand kitchen operations and follow food safety procedures
- Maintain product presentation and provide high quality products
- Support and uphold Miss Maud’s systems and procedures
- Manage stock control efficiently

- Ability to work as a team and individually
- Ability to prioritize, organize and multi task
- Attention to detail
