Bar and Restaurant Supervisor

Caruggi is seeking an experienced hands on manager to lead a small and friendly but, professional and hardworking team.
Expectations for the role are
- Closing the restaurant when on night shift.
- Having a strong knowledge of our food and beverage offering including dietry variations of meals.
- Overseeing the smooth operation of service including communication with the kitchen and ensuring excellent customer experience,
- Participation in the training of staff and induction of new employees, building a team through mentoring.
- Caruggi is continually evolving its food and drinks offer and a creative drinks person would be given the opportunity to be a key person in this process.
**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Weekend availability
Ability to commute/relocate:
- GEELONG, VIC 3220: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- Restaurant management: 1 year (preferred)
Work Authorisation:
- Australia (preferred)
