**Who are we looking for?**

Queensland University of Technology (QUT) is seeking a Project Officer - Australian Children of the Digital Age (ACODA) to join School of Early Childhood and Inclusive Education, Faculty of Creative Industries, Education and Social Justice, Academic Division.

The ACODA Project Officer, as a member of the ACODA project team, plays a key role in supporting the organisational and practical aspects of the study.. The role is key to success of the study and will work across nodes and with researchers and partners to ensure the smooth recruitment and administration of the survey. The role will liaise with the Centre Director, the ACODA co-leads and the Centre Chief Operating Officer in the organisational and practical aspects of the study. The role will be the key liaison between the Centre researchers, Wallis Social Research, industry and community partners, and stakeholders. The role is required to plan and participate in study outputs, including reports, policy briefs, newsletters, webinars, public outreach events, media releases and other knowledge exchange.

**What you need to succeed**

You will demonstrate:

- Education, training and/or relevant experience equivalent to a degree with subsequent relevant experience.
- Demonstrated experience contributing to research projects including monitoring progress, identifying and addressing risks, adjusting plans, and seeking and responding to feedback from researchers, partners, and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to clearly and accurately provide advice to researchers and other members of the University, as well as external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines working autonomously whilst maintaining good working relationships within a team setting.
- Evidence of well-developed digital literacy skills and demonstrated knowledge and understanding of relevant information systems and software related to the administration of complex projects.
- Demonstrated experience engaging with external stakeholders, including government departments, public sector agencies and non-government organisations
