Join the Tibaldi team as a Butcher based in Clayton, Victoria. Full-time positions are available.

The product range spans across traditional Italian salami, ham, bacon, traditional smallgoods, fresh meat including a range of Outdoor Bred pork.

**Your Story**

As a **Boning Room** team member at Tibaldi you will be part of the Fresh Meats team based in Clayton, Victoria and will be involved in:

- Bringing your hands-on approach to everything you do
- Participating in onsite training
- Being an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual who thrives within a team environment  
- Being a role model for all aspects of safety and wellbeing

**‘Indicative Tasks and Duties’ include**:

- Debone pork carcasses
- Prepare meat for packing and marketing

Please note that our Boners are expected to provide their own knives and steel. PPE will be supplied by Tibaldi.

**Our Ways of Working**

When we work:

- Day Shift 5:00am to 13:30pm

Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 - 45 per week
