**You'll be responsible for**:
- Maintaining, upgrading, and proposing improvements to motor assessing documentation guidelines and processes.- Conducting and monitor file reviews as part of the national quality review program aimed at delivering competitive repair cost outcomes and compliance with processes and procedures.- Supporting management in the implementation of strategic initiatives to the assessing function.-
- Contributing to Improve customer service performance of repairers, motor assessors, key service providers and business partners.

**About you**:
- Trade qualification and significant post-apprenticeship experience as a panel beater, spray painter, or motor mechanic (**mandatory**)- 5+ years’ experience as a motor insurance assessor (**mandatory**)- Expert knowledge of the smash repair industry, including repair techniques, materials, finishes, equipment, and repairer standards.- Strong understanding of the Motor Vehicle Insurer and Repair Industry Code of Conduct.- Proven ability to effectively plan, prioritize tasks, and manage competing demands while navigating complexity and ambiguity.- Demonstrated leadership skills in coaching and empowering individuals and teams, with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
