We are looking for Employment Trainers to join our growing team.

**The Organisation**

**The Position**

We are currently seeking a qualified Trainer, Assessor and Motivator to join our team to deliver our Pre-employment programs in multiple locations around Melbourne and Regional Victoria at our client's Job Active sites. Roles available at multiple locations around Melbourne.

The objective of this position is to provide job-seekers with transferable skills and ensure work readiness followed by getting them into employment. Reporting directly to the Recruitment Manager you will be responsible for meeting the current standards.

**Your key responsibilities will be to**:

- Delivery of Employment Starter Program
- Training and Assessment of all course content
- Marking Attendance of program
- Sourcing leads for vacancies
- Writing resumes for job seekers
- Assisting in interviewing job-seekers for program/ vacancies
- Adding/ updating all information in CRM

**Essential Criteria**:

- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment TAE40116 updated
- or Certificate IV in Training and Assessment TAE40122
- Must have Driver's License, own reliable vehicle and willingness to travel across various suburbs in Melbourne.
- **Intermediate Computer Skills are Essential in this role.**:

- MUST be able to use the following Microsoft programs efficiently
- Teams, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook
- Face to Face training (Business qualifications delivery highly regarded)
- If you not have Business Qualifications
- Must be willing to undertake and complete our 4 Unit Course that will provide you with the Business Qualification to deliver this our training program
- Providing motivation to students
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A strong work ethic
- Administrative and time management skills must be reflective of the requirements of a trainer and assessor
- **Minimum of 1 year experience required.**:

- **MUST BE double vaccinated and have proof of vaccination**:

- **MUST BE an Australian Citizen or a Permanent Resident.**:
