**Your main responsibilities will include**:

- Manage the entire recruitment process for a broad range of roles across the business including: writing advertisements, culling CV’s, conducting phone screens, managing offers and preparing contracts.
- Manage and oversee the mobilisation process for Western Australia clients as required.
- Maintain full accountability for people service and recruitment delivery in the region, working with your peers to maximise efficiency and consistency in outcomes to your local stakeholders.
- You will have prior experience in running background and VEVO checks, booking in medicals and ensuring applicants have the correct tickets and licenses.
- Solid experience in mobilisation and administration software and systems, including: Excel, Success factors, SAP, ERMS, Rapid crews, INS.

**How to I Apply?**

**Salary**: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- Mobilisation: 1 year (preferred)
- Recruitment: 1 year (preferred)
