**What this opportunity involves**:
As the Workplace Coordinator, you’ll be a highly motivated team player with great attention to detail. Your key focus will be to act as a key point of contact for client visitors and employees as well as being an interface between JLL and our client, a global networks and communications company.
Take ownership of the front of house experience, supporting the facilities team in providing a great workplace experience with a focus on supporting business related events and community-based initiatives.
With a focus on people, you’ll be instrumental in ensuring the workplace delivers a great experience for visitors and staff which will maintain a happy community

**An Overview of the role**:
Promote client company in a favourable manner through high levels of personal and professional conduct
Welcome visitors and ensure their stay is a memorable one, update any access logs and provide security passes
Maintain the reception, waiting and meeting rooms
Assist with luggage and cloakroom facilities as required
Work closely with JLL FM team as well as security to provide a high-degree of client service
Help the FM team in managing conferences and events
Manage the procurement of vendors, specifically with regards to specialist cleaning, catering services
Monitor work flow and respond to requests using JLL work order management system

Experienced working in a front of house or reception environment
Ability to build positive client and colleague relationships
Takes initiative with mínimal direction
Strong team player
Strong communicator
Computer literate
Well-presented and professional
