**The impact you'll have**:
At the Workplace Injury Commission, we've helped thousands of injured workers and employers to resolve their disputes and move forward with their lives. We're a robust Victorian Government statutory authority that's making an impact.
As we embark on an exciting new period of growth, we need you to join us as Manager, Transformation Management Office (TMO).
As Manager, TMO you will be accountable for designing and implementing a rigorous approach to ensuring optimal selection and prioritisation of all projects and programs in the portfolio. You will be instrumental in supporting the organisation to explore, prioritise and execute ideas to continuously improve our clients' experience in a well-managed and cohesive way, while ensuring continued alignment with the organisation's strategic objectives and that our benefits are realised.
We need you to be our champion; positively communicating the aims of the transformation, working closely with your team to ensure high quality outcomes by providing the necessary direction, mentoring and coaching.
You will bring your unique perspectives and expertise to help turn our proud legacy into a bright future.
With strong leadership, innovation and a collaborative mindset, you will:
- Establish and lead a portfolio reporting function, providing transparency and confidence that all projects remain on track to be delivered within time, quality and cost expectations, and within agreed scope.
- Undertake and oversee multi-year analysis and planning for investment in capital projects that add value to, and enhance the Workplace Injury Commission's service offerings.
- Encourage the development of high value projects in the pipeline, and lead the development of robust business cases and benefits identification, to support and substantiate their evaluation.
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, accountability and service excellence through the delivery of projects that align with strategic objectives.

- Hold a tertiary qualification in business, management or a related discipline.
- Be able to champion a client experience mindset across the organisation and further add to a culture of collaboration and teamwork.

- Take a holistic approach in managing the operational activities of the business efficiently and effectively.
