Oversee daily operations of the cafe, including staff management, customer service, and inventory management.
Train, supervise, and motivate cafe staff, including baristas and all rounders
Monitor and maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, presentation, and service.
Further Develop and improve operational policies and procedures to ensure efficient and smooth functioning of the cafe.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback to ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues promptly.
Foster a customer-centric environment by focusing on building strong customer relationships and rapport.
Proactively engage with customers, ensuring their needs are met and providing personalized recommendations.
Manage inventory, including ordering supplies, tracking stock levels, and minimizing waste.
Collaborate with owner on financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue generation.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards.
Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and competitors to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
