Installation Supervisor

Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Follow-Up:

- Engage with customers to confirm job details, address any concerns, and ensure satisfaction with the installation process.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and provide timely responses to queries.

2. Quotation Preparation:

- Prepare accurate and detailed quotations based on job specifications and requirements.

3. On-Site Assessment (For Male Representative):

- Conduct thorough assessments of installation sites to determine job requirements and potential challenges.
- Provide detailed reports and recommendations based on site evaluations.

4. Stock Order Collection:

- Manage the inventory of materials and supplies required for installations.
- Coordinate with suppliers and ensure timely collection and delivery of stock.

5. Job Reporting to Manager:

- Maintain comprehensive records of installation progress, issues, and resolutions.
- Report regularly to the management team on project status, performance metrics, and any necessary adjustments.

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
