**My Gateway **has a fantastic opportunity available for an IT Traineeship with Wollondilly Shire Council.

As part of the 24 month traineeship you will also receive a nationally recognised **Certificate IV in Information Technology**

**Some of the duties involved and will be specific to each department -**
- Create and maintain records on the computer data base
- Administration of hardware service calls
- Administration of telephone service calls
- Administration of the IT Software Database
- Obtaining information / quotes regarding purchases
- Set up and configure new hardware
- Create, delete and change properties of User Accounts
- Mature minded
- Willing to learn
- Well presented
- Good communication skills
- Enthusiastic
