To all talented Brand Managers out there, we are looking for an experienced and passionate individual for a Gold Coast based premium Athleisure brand that is growing at a tremendous pace. As the custodian of this brand, you'll play a crucial role in managing brand guidelines and ensuring the creation and review of all campaign and brand assets.

Your creative vision will inspire the entire team as you lead Campaign and eCom shoots from concept to completion. You'll foster productive relationships with teams across marketing, product, customer service, and eCom to ensure consistent brand presentation across all customer touch-points.

In addition, you'll have the opportunity to shape this brand's physical environment, supporting community events, retail pop-ups, and other exciting initiatives that bring their vision and purpose to life.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create and maintain a compelling brand vision.
- Develop and refresh brand guidelines.
- Set clear success measures for brand and campaign initiatives.
- Engage and connect with our community through activations, events, and initiatives.
- Conceptualise and provide creative campaign direction for all photoshoots, aligning with the merch strategy.
- Prepare campaign briefs with a focus on the target customer and celebrate cultural and body type diversity.
- Attend photoshoots to ensure flawless execution aligned with our brand's vision.

What we need to see:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in a digital marketing environment, with expertise in web, social media, and emerging technologies.
- Bachelor's degree in art, graphic design, marketing, communications, journalism, or related fields.
- Proven experience in concept development.
- Familiarity with programs like Photoshop, InDesign, and Flash.
- Knowledge of developing brand identities through multi-channel marketing.
- Strong business skills, including negotiation, project management, and leadership.
