**ABOUT THE ROLE**

**This role will have multiple locations Kew and Port Melbounre 4x a week shifts.**

PartnerNcare are looking for enthusiastic passionate support workers that can be part of a great organization that can assist our participant to achieve their life goals and teach new skills. Come and be part of a great organization that really supports our support workers.

As the newest member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing quality services and safeguards to our participants to promote opportunities for meaningful participation and active inclusion in society. But also building and assisting participants to achieve their goals and become independent so they can live a happy life.

A day in the life as a Disability Support Worker with PartnerNCare may see you supporting our participants with.
- Domestic and personal care
- Transportation assistance
- Academic support
- Medication management
- Building on individual strengths and enabling individuals to reach their goals
- Community participation
- Group centre activities
- Using a hoist.
- Experienced in high care
- Experience with non-verbal clients
- Behavioral

**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**

To be successful in this role, it is a requirement that you have:

- Current Police Check, Working with Children Check or NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current driver’s licence
- Car, registration and insurance
- Current First Aid and CPR training
- NDIS Orientation Module
- NDIS Infection Control Module
- cert 4 in disability or cert 4 in individual support
- Commitment to providing exceptional support **Great communication skills.**:

- Must be fully vaccinated
