We have an exciting opportunity for a permanent full-time role to work in a foodie environment, as a member of a dynamic, friendly, and energetic team, where your taste buds will be tested every day, exposing you to try, discover and appreciate the best and freshest products.
We are looking for a Marketing star who is highly motivated, accountable, and creative. Able to multitask with a positive attitude to take on anything and everything you will be working at our gorgeous Head Office in Brunswick.
**What you’ll be doing**
The Marketing Specialist will be responsible to drive brand awareness, build customer loyalty, brand growth/sales, executing marketing activities and campaigns, data analysis, liaising with several key stakeholders, managing e-commerce website, project management, and bringing new products to market.
- Implement marketing strategy initiatives and content generation e.g. EDM’s, social media, and Google Ads.
- Execution of digital marketing campaign, creation of product content, and promotion through channels.
- Creating, curating, and managing all published content (images, video, and written).
- Analysis of campaign data and social media data.
- Maintaining company e-commerce website and keeping information up to date.
- Copywriting for website content, product description, and content for the site.
- Managing digital enquires monitoring and responding.
- Assist to undertake market analysis to identify emerging market trends, gaps, and opportunities.
- Assist in the planning and execution of the communication strategy and activities, including print, website, and social media, including coordination to support marketing and sales programs.
- Develop and execute POS material, sales collateral, artwork mock-ups, company style guide, catalogues, etc. in collaboration with the marketing and sales team.
- New product development from ideation to market.
- Formulate and adhere to the Marketing budget.
**Skills & experience**
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing or related business discipline
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience working in a brand, campaign, and/or digital marketing role with a preference and passion for food or FMCG experience.
- Understand reporting and metrics across brand, website WordPress, social media and EDM’s.
- Demonstrated experience delivering successful end-to-end marketing campaigns.
- Tracking and keeping accountable for completion of KPI’s.
- Key stakeholders management.
- Experience in building and managing budgets.
- Passion for food.
- Very good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
