**JOB DUTIES**
- Coordinate project tasks, including scheduling, resource allocation, and subcontractor management.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, such as contracts, permits, drawings, and specifications.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure construction work meets quality standards and specifications.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors, providing updates on project progress and addressing concerns.
- Assist in developing project budgets and monitoring expenses to ensure projects stay within budgetary constraints.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITES**
- Promote and enforce safety protocols on construction sites to comply with health and safety regulations.
- Coordinate the procurement of materials, equipment, and labor resources to support project requirements.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and hazards on construction sites to prevent delays and budget overruns.
- Prepare progress reports for project stakeholders, highlighting key milestones, achievements, and challenges.
- Collaborate with project teams to resolve technical issues, conflicts, and challenges that arise during construction, ensuring project success and client satisfaction.

**SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of two years of relevant work experience in construction project management or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
- Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and permitting processes.

Salary level ranging from 95,000 to 120,000 per year plus super.
