**Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems in compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.
- Oversee the company's safety programs, policies, and procedures, ensuring a safe working environment for employees and contractors.
- Monitor and evaluate workplace practices to identify potential hazards and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
- Conduct regular audits, inspections, and risk assessments to identify areas for improvement and compliance.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Management, or a related field.
- Sound knowledge of quality management systems, safety protocols, and environmental standards.
- Strong understanding of legislation and regulations pertaining to workplace health and safety and environmental practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Detail-oriented and analytical mindset, with the ability to identify potential risks and implement effective solutions.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and build strong relationships.
- Certified Quality, Safety, and Environment qualifications (e.g., ISO 9001 Auditor, Lead Auditor, etc.) will be highly regarded.
