**About the role**:
You will get to work on problem statements and projects across multiple domains and functions. You will be seen as the strategy arm and will ensure product thinking and operating excellence continues apace to be successful in the long term. Help clients drive alignment with their business, improve organizational and business performance and establish a culture focused on adding business value.

**Your Key Responsibilities**
- As Business consultant, you will work independently with clients to create value by driving transformation efforts and strategic initiatives.
- Bring diverse and thought-provoking perspectives, including relevant market trends, new and innovative ideas from your experience and business points of view to explore solutions.
- Perform rapid assessment of the current landscape for clients and provide insights to accelerate action.
- Speak credibly and confidently about technology/transformation and how it can be used to solve business issues.
- Deploy your core skills (particularly Project Management and Change Management) to lead the initiative with governance and control that creates client confidence.
- Supporting the firm's key account strategy by driving focus on critical accounts for the practice as well as support national/global accounts.
- Crafting and representing the point of view in external and internal [cross-functional, multi-disciplinary] forums, independently or in alignment with the larger firm perspective. Leading solution definition by weaving together the client's perspective with expertise and creating/communicating a compelling value proposition for clients. Ensuring adherence to commercial, independence and risk guidelines.
- Mapping the market and identifying and leading pursuits across industry verticals and offerings.
- Develop, monitor, evaluate and refine change management strategy in accordance with organizational culture, taking into consideration interests of relevant stakeholders while building an environment conducive for change management
- Reviewing frameworks, processes and deliverables to ensure alignment with risk, quality and delivery excellence guidelines.
- Mentor and coach the professional development of Analyst, Consultants, Senior Consultants and other team members
- Develop, monitor, evaluate and refine change management strategy in accordance with organizational culture, taking into consideration interests of relevant stakeholders while building an environment conducive for change management
- Support strategy development and deployment for the practice. Drive focus on key processes at an Organization level e.g. capability building, etc.
- Ability to handle unfamiliar tasks and situations; anticipates changes in the internal and external environment to prepare oneself for uncertain situation, and is comfortable with uncertainty, unpredictability, conflicting directions, and multiple demands
- Leading a team of consultants / senior consultants in project contexts as well as a people manager. Providing feedback and helping them develop by balancing their aspirations with firm/practice expectations.

**Skills And Attributes For Success**
- Excellent written, oral and presentation skills, including business narratives and storytelling.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strong facilitation skills with senior stakeholders to drive decisions and consensus.
- Understanding of project management methodologies - project initiation, current state analysis, future state design, process design, implementation and project transition/close.
- Knowledge of Six Sigma methodologies is desired
- Knowledge of Banking and Financial Services is desired.
- Ability to work and team across cultures and organizational ranks.
- Good analytical, judgment, tact and decision-making ability along with critical thinking skills.
- Ability to take up travel and conduct multi time zone meetings outside of local business hours, when needed.

**To qualify for the role, you must have**
- 15+ Years of relevant consulting experience with at least 10+ years of project /change management experience in global management consultancies or global organization.
- Experience of managing senior stakeholder relationships at CxO, Partner or Functional Head level.
- Experience of working on projects gained working within a professional services firm, global consultancy firm and/or large private and/or public sector organizations.
- Proven ability to guide, lead and coach client leadership / project teams across the life cycle of complex programs and strategic initiatives.
- Ability to manage and expand client relationships
- Skilled in facilitating and encouraging collaboration amongst team members, and is capable of motivating teams to maximize performance.
- Awareness and experience of leveraging technology as enablers.
- University degree.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $120,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
