**Job Title: Full-Time Disability House Manager**

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the day-to-day activities and routines of residents with disabilities.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans for each resident.
- Coordinate medical appointments, transportation, and medication management.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Train and supervise support staff as needed.
- Keep accurate records of resident progress and any incidents.

**Requirements**:

- Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, nursing, or a related field (preferred).
- Previous experience working with individuals with disabilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor.
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations pertaining to disability care.
