As an Event Manager at iRock Entertainment, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a wide range of events. From initial concept to final wrap-up, you will work closely with clients, vendors, and our talented team to ensure seamless and unforgettable experiences for all involved.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of event planning and execution, including budgeting, scheduling, and logistics.

Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and translate their vision into reality.

Source and manage vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of services.

Oversee on-site event coordination to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues that may arise.

Maintain a high standard of quality and attention to detail throughout the event planning process.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in event planning and management, with a proven track record of successful events.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.

Advanced level of English is required for the job and preferably good level of Portuguese/Spanish to deal with the Brazilian/Latin market too.
