**About the Role**:
We are looking for an experienced individual to join our fast paced Receiving Team. The Receiving Bookings Coordinator manages the flow of receipts into the warehouse. Accuracy and attention to detail is vital and ability to adhere to individual client KPI's. This position will also work closely with the Inventory Control Team to ensure data integrity and accuracy at all times.

**Working Hours**:
Full Time Role - 38 hours per week - Monday to Friday.

Shift times vary but are typically around a 7am start.

- Manage the Container Goods Inwards Process
- Quality Control and General Administration
- Team Leadership
- OH&S Management

**Areas of Responsibility Include (not limited to)**:

- Managing the bookings of LCL FCL Goods inwards.
- Ensuring LCL/FCL goods available to Pick
- Returned Goods available to Pick
- 100% Product Accuracy
- Excellent communication skills.
- High level skills in Microsoft Office.
- Experience working with Client KPI's.
- High Level of Problem Solving Skills.
- Ability to Prioritise and Multi Task.
- Ability to obey strict safety and compliance protocol.
- Experience with general Store person Work.
- Flexible approach and personality.
