**About the role**

Fujitsu is participating in a program of work to develop a Cloud Capability at a secure level for our Government client. The initial engagement is a 3-month, Agile project to prove the capability to a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) level. Proving the MVP is expected to lead to a 12-18 month program of work. The project will leverage the SAFe Agile methodology, which emphasises collaboration, continuous improvement, and delivering value.
We are seeking an experienced Tech Specialist, you will work closely with the development team to define technical requirements, design solutions, and implement best practices. You'll be responsible for identifying and mitigating technical risks, as well as monitoring and optimizing system performance.

**About you**
- Define and prioritize product features and requirements based on customer feedback and market research.
- Collaborate with the development team to define technical requirements and design solutions
- Provide technical guidance and support to the development team
- Implement best practices for software development, testing, and deployment
- Identify and mitigate technical risks
- Monitor and optimize system performance
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends
- Train and mentor team members on technical skills and best practices.

**Experience and Skills Required**:

- NV1 or NV2 security clearance.
- Ideally a background in Defence or Federal Government at a SFIA level 6.
- 5+ years of experience in software development or a related field
- Familiarity with software development best practices, including Agile methodologies
- Experience with database design and management
- Understanding of cloud computing and infrastructure as code
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
