- Experience in a senior waitstaff or senior bartender role, or similar

**THE ROLE**:

- Example roster: Monday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday 9am to 5pm and Friday 12pm to 8pm.
- Permanent full-time 38 hours a week
- Assist the Front of House Manager through day-to-day supervision and management of the casual dining team
- Contribute to continuous improvement by devising and implementing new ways to undertake the team’s roles and responsibilities
- Through training and delegation, ensure all tasks are carried out correctly and according to standards and within set timeframes
- You’ll be working alongside your team daily interacting with guests to ensure optimum customer experiences and repeat patronage

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
