**The Role**

Working with the CEA warranty team to provide support for the CEA product range, our CEA branches and dealer networks across the country.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Support National Warranty Team with Daily Functions
- Processing Dealer Credits
- Processing Warranty Claim Invoices
- Processing Extended Warranty
- Liaise with OEM’s
- Processing Jobs once Completed
- Machine Registration
- Systems and programs to be kept updated

**Role Requirements and Qualifications**:

- Ability to manage multiple enquiries.
- Prioritise tasks & procedures
- Computer skills - Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel.
- Ability to self-manage.
- Problem solving ability.
- Excellent communication skills. Has the ability to communicate with the internal team, dealers & OEMS through various mediums.
- Demonstrate a good understanding of workplace OHS.
- Experience working with warranty claims and service department preferred but not essential.
