**Consultant, Payroll Governance (Full-Time & 24-month fixed term contract opportunities available)**

**In this role, you will**
- Ensure payroll processes comply with relevant laws, regulations and company policies
- Conduct internal audits to verify the accuracy of payroll data
- Develop and implement controls to prevents and address payroll issues
- Collaborate closely with our People & Culture (P&C) teams to ensure payroll content accuracy and deliver an exceptional user experience
- Achieve success by being results driven and adaptable to a fast-paced, dynamic environment

**What you’ll bring**
- Track record of experience in identifying, analysing, mitigating payroll-related risks and remediation model building
- In-depth knowledge across payroll-related laws, regulations, and compliance requirements
- Proficiency in payroll software and systems (SAP - essential, Spinifex reporting - desirable)
- Passionate about operational and customer excellence
