**Job Title: Diploma Room Leader - Toddler Room**

**Location: Paddington, NSW**
Are you passionate about early childhood education and fostering a nurturing environment for toddlers to thrive? We are seeking a dedicated Diploma Room Leader to join a small family owned and run centre, located in the vibrant community of Paddington, NSW.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and mentor a team of educators in the Toddler Room.
- Plan and implement a stimulating and developmentally appropriate program based on the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the center's philosophy.
- Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Maintain a safe and hygienic learning environment, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Observe and document children's learning and development and provide feedback to families.
- Collaborate with the center's leadership team to continuously improve practices and outcomes.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent qualification).
- Demonstrated experience working with toddlers in an early childhood education setting.
- Strong knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Framework (NQF).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications.
- Working with Children Check (WWCC).
