**About the role**
The Presentation Supervisor is critical in the delivery of day-to-day cleaning and maintenance activities for our city network passenger trains, ensuring the highest level of presentation standards for our customers.

This role will be leading a team of presentation staff, working within our rail stabling yard based at Mayne, this role is a shift worker position within a 4-week rotating roster.

**Day-to-day responsibilities of this role will include**
- Supervise and lead team of operational cleaning staff, champion safety in the workplace and a develop workplace culture to drive performance outcomes
- Lead presentation groups and provide coaching and mentoring support to staff
- Coordinate staff resourcing and supervise performance to ensure delivery of high standard presentation and deadlines are met
- Conduct investigations and reviews in accordance to cleaning standards, processes and procedures
- Lead emergency management procedures and implement further site management plans, as well as assuming the responsibilities of Area Warden for the presentation section
- Provide reporting and liaisons to key stakeholders to ensure adequate supply of materials

**About you**
- Experience leading/ supervising a team of 10+
- Previous experience in a high-risk environment
- Champion safety and lead by example
- Technical experience within SAP system will also be highly favourable
- Excellent communication skills - with ability to establish and develop working relationships with stakeholders
