**Responsibilities**:

- Perform a wide range of maintenance, repair, and renovation tasks in residential and commercial properties.
- Handle various handyman duties including, carpentry, painting, and general maintenance, ability to lift between 20kg to 25 kgs.
- Assess and troubleshoot issues, provide effective solutions, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition and ensure adherence to safety protocols.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a handyman, demonstrating proficiency in various maintenance and repair tasks.
- Solid knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, and general maintenance techniques.
- Ability to use and maintain a variety of hand and power tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Physical stamina and dexterity to perform manual tasks and lift heavy objects when necessary, 20kg to 25 kgs.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

**Essential**:

- Independent Professional worker, punctual and well presented
- Excellent communication and time management skills, friendly and outgoing personality
- Ideally previous work in childcare centres with an understanding and knowledge of WHS
- Experience and qualifications in testing and tagging electrical equipment (preferred)
- Garden maintenance and/or landscaping experience
- Must have own car and tools/equipment (preferred)
- Flexibility in work arrangements and shifts
- Current working with Children Check
- National Police Check
- COVID - 19 Vaccinated (not mandatory)
