**ABOUT US**

Australian Skin Clinics have 38 clinics across Australia (& growing). Our company is in a period of hyper-growth, and we are seeking a **Clinic Manager** to lead our **team located in a shopping centre, North Lakes Qld with plenty of parking and public transport - 33 kms from the CBD of Brisbane.**

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

The role focuses primarily on working closely with your team of Therapists and Cosmetic Injectors to achieve financial targets for the business, as well as general running of the clinic. This is an exciting leadership opportunity, where you will be able to shape a brand-new team and new clinic opening.

**DESIRED EXPERIENCE**:

- You will need a Cert IV or Diploma in Beauty Therapy (however, extensive training will be provided).
- Strong background in sales and meeting KPI’s.
- Experience with managing staff, setting goals and motivating sales.
- Ability to offer a high level of customer service / retail sales to a large volume of clients.
- Self-motivated with a warm and friendly approach.
- Ability to foster a positive, vibrant, healthy culture in the clinic.
- Have great leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire your team.
- Ideally you will have operated programs such as shortcuts or gumnuts - a high level of computer and administrative skills are required.

**HOURS**:

- Full time permanent - 38 hours per week
- Monday to Friday or alternate weekends with more days off during the day.

**PAY RATES**:$35 per hour PLUS an incentive program maximising your earning potential

**LOCATION**:

- Westfield North Lakes shopping centre.
- All day parking onsite + lots of public transport.

- **Full training in all treatments provided (we have SO many) - **These include Laser & Hair removal, Microdermabrasion, Meso-Needling, Micro-Needling, Cosmelan, Medi-Aesthetic Face Peels, Laser for Veins, Laser for Pigmentation and Redness, O2 Oxygen Medi-Facial, LED Light Therapy, Observ-Skin Analysis, Skin Rejuvenation as well as our large range of Skincare products. PLUS, we have just launched emsculpt and coolscuplt body contouring treatments
