We are seeking a highly motivated and accomplished **National NDIS Support Coordination Manager** to spearhead their initiatives. As the driving force behind our service delivery enhancement, you will play a pivotal role in building a high-performing team, exceeding KPIs, and contributing to the growth of our organisation.

This will involve developing and implementing strategies to improve service delivery, managing a team of support coordinators, developing relationships with stakeholders, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and standards, and contributing to the development of best practices in the sector.

In this role you will work closely with the executive team to develop and implement strategic plans, manage budgets and resources effectively, and provide regular reports on the performance of support services and programs.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Team Building and Leadership**:

- Lead and inspire a dynamic national team of support coordinators, fostering an environment that encourages growth and excellence.
- Implement customer-centric tools that empower support coordinators to unpack participant NDIS goals and needs effectively.

**Program Management**:

- Oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of support coordination programs, ensuring timely and participant-centered service delivery.
- Monitor participant satisfaction and goal tracking, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services.

**Stakeholder Engagement**:

- Forge strong relationships with participants, families, community organizations, and funding bodies to ensure seamless and effective support delivery.

**Sector Knowledge**:

- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of NDIS, formal, mainstream, and community-funded supports available to participants.

**Compliance and Quality Assurance**:

- Ensure adherence to relevant legislation, standards, and guidelines.
- Develop and monitor quality assurance processes for continuous improvement.

**Strategic Planning**:

- Contribute to the strategic planning of United Foundation by providing insights based on support coordination services.

**Qualifications, Skills & Experience**:

- Tertiary qualifications in Social Work, Psychology, Community Services, or a related field.
- Extensive management experience in disability or community services, with emphasis on support coordination.
- Comprehensive understanding of **NDIS** and psychosocial disabilities.

**Capabilities**:

- Outstanding leadership and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to build and manage teams across multiple locations.
- Strong strategic planning and business development skills.
- Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders.

**Role Deliverables**:

- ** Program Expansion**: Continuation and expansion of Support Coordinators and Access programs, ensuring smooth operation and effectiveness.
- ** Strengthening Relationships**: Establish strong sector relationships to attract referrals and partners, enhancing program reach and impact
- ** Active Engagement**: Promote programs through events, conferences, and collaborations with external organizations.
- ** Capacity Building**: Partner with external entities for training workshops and business development, identifying expansion opportunities.
