**Our Client**:
A franchise office of one of Australia’s leading brands, our upper North Shore client boasts a stable, highly experienced and motivated team
**Duties**:
An incredibly well supported role, you will be backed by a Virtual Assistant and Leasing Executive allowing you to focus on:
- Day to day management of circa 150 properties
- Coordinating repairs and maintenance matters
- Undertaking periodic inspections and drafting reports
- Minimising rental arrears and maximising returns to landlords
- Liaising with all stakeholders
- Preparing for and attending NCAT when required
- Answering queries and providing outstanding service to clients with attention to detail
**Specific requirements**:
- Experience as an Assistant Property Manager or Property Office
- Hold a current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
- Have a car & drivers licence
- Knowledge of the Hornsby / Upper North Shore area
- Chinese language skills an advantage
