**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Operating machines and tools to create their products.
- Ensuring the quality of the items you produce.
- Maintaining a safe and clean workspace.
- Collaborating with coworkers to meet production targets.
- Sharing your ideas to help improve our team's performance.
- Assisting with various tasks in the production process.

**Requirements**:

- **Math Skills**: Confidence with basic math for measuring and calculating.
- **Physical Fitness**: Ability to stay fit as there will be some heavy lifting involved.
- **Tool Use**: You'll use tools like drop saws, guillotines, and hand saws so past experience will be advantageous.
- **Police Check Clearance & **Drug and Alcohol Testing**: As part of your employment agreement, a clean record and tests are required.
