Tennis Coach

Elsternwick Park Tennis Centre (EPTC) is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Junior or Senior Coach to take on full-time working hours (38 hours per week), or Part-time coaching hours (20-25 hours)

At EPTC we have a great team of professional coaches & admin staff with the mission to provide an exciting tennis environment for people of all ages and abilities.

Why EPTC?
- Through the summer terms we have over 1500 in coaching programmes per week and 1400 through the winter terms. With just 8 courts it makes us one of the busiest centres in the country.
- We have a full-time admin/reception team running the centre 7 days a week.
- Our Cardio Tennis programme is hugely successful with over 300 people attending classes on a weekly basis. Including Teen Cardio & Cardio Tennis tournaments.
- We have a strong Junior programme ranging from Tots classes, through the Hot Shots programme and into a small Performance programme as well as recreational teenage classes.
- As a team we like to get together regularly for team building days/nights as well as coach development workshops where we all share ideas and knowledge.

Role Responsibilities:

- Hot Shots Lessons (Blue, Red, Orange & Green)
- Group/Squad Coaching (Junior and Adult)
- Private & Semi Private Lessons
- Cardio Tennis
- School Holiday Programmes

Selection Criteria:

- A strong passion for tennis & the desire to develop others
- The ability to develop good relationships with clients & staff
- Professional and punctual
- Provide a fun and engaging environment
- Tennis Australia Club Professional Qualification or Junior Development Coaching Qualification (or overseas equivalent)
- Working with Children Check
- Police Cheek
- Australian Resident or eligible to work in Australia (we are not in the position to sponsor).
- A minimum of 2 years experience

**Salary**: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
