**Job Title**: Simulator Assembler & Technical Support Specialist
**Location**: Trak Racer HQ, Surrey Hills, Victoria
**Hours**: Full-Time, Flexible (8-hour shifts starting between 7am and 9am)

**Role Overview**:
This is a hands-on role, ideal for a driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for assembling our state-of-the-art simulators, providing technical support, and maintaining the showroom and workshop. Additionally, you will assist with content creation, manage customer returns, and support sales and customer service as needed.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Assembly**: Build and test racing and flight simulators to the highest standards for customer orders.
- **Technical Support**: Provide troubleshooting and technical assistance to customers both in-person and via remote support.
- **Showroom & Workshop Maintenance**: Ensure the showroom is in top condition, keeping it organised, presentable, and stocked with products. Maintain the workshop and keep tools and equipment in working order.
- **Content Creation Assistance**: Support the marketing team in creating content by assisting with product setups, recording videos, and taking photos.
- **Customer Returns Management**: Handle customer returns efficiently, inspecting products and processing replacements or repairs.
- **Event Assistance**: Assist in setting up and running events, including trade shows, product demos, and customer experience days.
- **Customer Support**: Assist with customer enquiries and sales support when required.

**Key Skills & Attributes**:

- Interest in computers, gaming, and simulators.
- Experience with assembling mechanical or technical products (desired but not essential—training provided).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to provide exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to take on varied tasks.
- Basic knowledge of content creation (photos, videos) is an advantage.
- An interest in racing or flight simulation is a plus.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
