**Experience and Attributes**
- Previous medical receptionist experience essential
- Knowledge of Best Practice is an advantage.
- Current CPR certificate
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Mature, diligent and a proactive attitude
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Excellent time-management skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritise.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- As the first point of contact to patients, greeting patients upon arrival and accurately processing relevant paperwork is essential
- Manage a large volume of calls which requires exceptional phone manner and demonstrated ability to seamlessly handle customer inquiries.
- Booking appointments, and billing and receipting patient accounts
- Fostering professional working relationship with team members, patients and medical staff
- _**In addition to the standard day-to-day admin tasks you will be responsible for**_**:
- PIP/WIP on PRODA
- Reporting for doctors pay
- Weekly and monthly reporting
- Monthly catch-ups with the Area Manager
- Rostering
